Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL in Karachi is seeking an IT Administrator to manage daily IT operations, provide hardware and network support, and oversee IT procurement for the Karachi office and regional locations. You will deliver End-User and remote support, maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi, CCTV systems, and coordinate with an outsourced IT partner for AD access and escalations.

Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or DAE/Diploma with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years IT support/administration experience.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk).
• Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.

Responsibilities

• End-User & Remote Support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues and monitor CCTV systems across locations.
• Handle IT purchases, vendor quotes, approvals, and documentation.
