Job summary

Translation Empire seeks a Quality Management lead to drive the Integrated Management System (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. You will oversee policies, risk assessments, training, and internal/external audits to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in QMS implementation, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience managing certification processes across multiple ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant ISO standards certifications (Lead Auditor / Implementor) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and managing QMS across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of IMS aligned with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, 45001.
• Ensure processes align with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within IMS and drive operational enhancements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for quality, continuity, environment, and safety.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage certification processes.
• Develop and maintain change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, and crisis plans.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IMS concepts and ISO standards.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment, and safety awareness.
• Establish systems for monitoring IMS performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ensure the quality, business continuity, environmental, health and safety processes align with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001 and 45001 standards including other applicable regulations.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
• Communicate and ensure adherence to all the ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Develop and maintain change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery and crisis management plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the quality control, health and safety, environmental, continuity and recovery plans.
• Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and understanding of ISO standards and their application within the organization.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment and safety awareness and compliance.
• Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of Integrated Management System.
• Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of IMS, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
• Communicate IMS performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with employees and management to gather feedback and address concerns regarding implementation of IMS.
• Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor / Implementor ISO 9001:2015, 22301, 45001, 14001) are highly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing and managing QMS, preferably across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Expertise in interpreting ISO standards and their practical application within diverse organizational contexts.
• Proven track record in conducting internal and external audits, and managing certification processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

12pm-9pm. (UK 8am-5pm)
