Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Quality Management professional to develop and maintain ISO 9001 compliant systems. You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in quality management, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is an office-based position in Rawalpindi with responsibilities to ensure service quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in quality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, or related field.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) desirable.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS.
• Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Oversee QA processes to ensure service consistency and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to quality and report to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify process efficiency gains.
• Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis.
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to address non-conformities from audits.
• Work with departments to update and revise documents as needed.
• Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure readiness for external assessments and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of the organizational quality management system as per ISO 9001 requirements
• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standards
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes, ensuring operations/service consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
• Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends
• Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits
• Work with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed
• Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies
• Ensure the organization’s readiness for external assessments and certifications

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in quality management or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
