Job summary

YH Securities is hiring for a field-based sales/BD role focused on acquiring new clients including retail investors, HNIs, and corporates. You will open trading accounts, cross-sell equities, mutual funds, margin financing, IPOs, and fixed income while building a robust client pipeline and meeting defined targets.

You will guide onboarding, provide ongoing portfolio support, and represent the brand in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of sales/BD experience.
• Location in Karachi, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-firm clients—retail investors, HNIs, and corporates and open trading accounts.
• Cross-sell investment products: equities, mutual funds, margin financing, IPOs, and fixed income.
• Build and manage a client pipeline while consistently hitting monthly/quarterly targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding and provide ongoing portfolio support.
• Represent the YH Securities brand professionally in client meetings and in the field.
• Own client acquisition and revenue targets for your assigned territory.
• Build and grow a high-value book of retail and HNI clients.
• Coordinate with our dealing, research, and operations teams to deliver top-tier client service.
• Mentor and support junior BD officers.
• Contribute to territory-level sales strategy, with a clear path to a Regional Manager role.
