Job summary

Connect Logistics is seeking a Supervisor Inventory to oversee stock data accuracy on the warehouse floor and ensure seamless integration with the WMS/SAP system. You will issue put-away sheets, pick lists, gate passes, and invoices, and lead daily reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.

You will coordinate with floor teams, operations, and clients to safeguard stock integrity, run audits, and support QSHE practices while maintaining precise inventory records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Matriculation, Intermediate, or Graduation.
• Experience: 1 to 43years hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse, or WMS operations.
• Technical Skills: ERP/WMS inventory modules and MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Stock tracking and reporting across stock inventories and locations.
• Create and issue put-away sheets, pick lists, gate passes, and invoices in WMS/SAP.
• Perform daily zero-location checks and reconcile stock with WMS.
• Segregate damaged or hold stock and update inventory status in WMS.
• Conduct RCA and coordinate CAPA with operations.
• Support clients and resolve queries in the line manager's absence.
• Oversee QSHE compliance and safe warehouse practices.
