As our Supervisor Inventory, you will act as the core custodian of stock data and system accuracy. You will bridge physical dock execution with digital inventory management—issuing system documents (put-away, pick lists, gate passes, sales invoices), leading discrepancy investigations, managing non-conforming stock, and serving as a communication link between warehouse floor teams, operations, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Stock Tracking & Reporting: Maintain complete tracking of all stock inventories and system locations. Generate batch-wise, item-wise, or customer-wise stock reports as required by management.
- System Operations & Document Generation: Create and issue put-away sheets, pick lists, dispatch slips, gate passes, and sales invoices in WMS. Ensure timely data updates across all inventory platforms.
- Inventory Reconciliation & Daily Checks: Perform daily zero-location checks, conduct regular transactional audits, and execute physical vs. WMS stock reconciliations.
- Damaged & Non-Conforming Stock Management: Segregate damaged, non-conforming, or hold stock in assigned physical locations and ensure proper movement and status updates within WMS.
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action: Continuously follow up on stock discrepancies and non-conformities; conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with operations.
- Client & Process Support: Identify potential areas for client complaints, coordinate with operations to resolve client inquiries in the line manager's absence, and ensure all record-keeping documents are archived properly.
- QSHE & Workplace Safety: Oversee warehouse activities for SOP conformity, maintain safe work practices, safeguard product and facility quality, and immediately report hazardous conditions or QSHE risks.
Requirements
- Education: Matriculation, Intermediate, or Graduation in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, or WMS operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel) and professional email correspondence.
