Job summary

Connect Logistics is seeking a Team Leader Inventory to manage stock accuracy, audits, and data integrity within the warehouse. You will guide daily inventory supervisor activities, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all receiving, issuing, and damaged stock movements conform to SOPs and WMS standards.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with operations to address client inquiries, and drive continuous improvement in stock control and reporting processes in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration (Matric/Inter/Grad).
• 2–5 years in inventory control or supervision in warehouse/3PL.
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP, data reporting and MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and system management; ensure receiving and issuing procedures are followed.
• Oversee daily inventory and conduct zero-location audits; ensure data integrity in WMS.
• Coordinate reconciliations between physical stock and WMS; drive timely reports.
• Investigate discrepancies; perform RCA and implement CAPA measures.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training inventory staff; supervise daily activities.
• Liaise with client and operations teams to resolve inquiries and ensure accurate data updates.
• Ensure QSHE compliance and safe working practices in the warehouse.
