Connect Logistics seeks a Supervisor Inventory to act as the custodian of stock data and ensure system accuracy. You will bridge physical dock execution with digital inventory management—issuing system documents, leading discrepancy investigations, managing non-conforming stock, and serving as a communication link between warehouse floor teams, operations, and clients.

Competenze

• 0–3 years of inventory control, warehousing, or WMS operations.
• Strong MS Excel and data reporting skills.
• Ability to generate system documents and correspondences.

Mansioni

• Stock Tracking & Reporting: maintain stock inventories and system locations; generate reports as required by management.
• System Operations & Document Generation: create put-away sheets, pick lists, dispatch slips, gate passes, and sales invoices in WMS; ensure timely updates.
• Inventory Reconciliation & Daily Checks: perform daily zero-location checks and regular transactional audits; reconcile with WMS stock.
• Damaged & Non-Conforming Stock Management: segregate damaged/non-conforming stock and update WMS.
• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: follow up on stock discrepancies; coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions with operations.
• Client & Process Support: identify client issues and coordinate with operations to resolve inquiries; archive records.
• QSHE & Workplace Safety: oversee SOP conformity; maintain safe work practices and report hazards.
