Job summary

Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore is seeking an experienced International Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience and excellent spoken and written English to join our team. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offers, using LinkedIn, Indeed and other boards.

The role is on-site in Gulberg, Lahore with night shift options, Monday–Saturday, focusing on international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in the Canadian market.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in international recruitment and the Canadian job market.
