Job summary

ZAPTA Technologies is a Lahore-based software services and technology company seeking an Infrastructure & Compliance Coordinator. You will ensure all four training sites pass PSDF inspections, keep attendance systems running, and secure licensed tools and cloud resources before trainers need them.

You report to the Program Manager and may travel to various Punjab sites. You will manage CCTV, biometric devices, asset registers, licences and maintenance logs while coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years in IT administration, facilities or training operations.
• Hands-on with CCTV and biometric attendance systems and networking basics.
• Experience managing cloud billing on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with vendors and buying hardware/software.
• PSDF or government-funded programs experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Punjab.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and inspections to pass PSDF requirements.
• Maintain attendance and monitoring systems with no gaps.
• Ensure licensed tools and cloud resources are in place before classes.
• Monitor CCTV and biometric uptime; sign inventory declarations.
• Keep asset/licence/maintenance logs for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and travel to program sites.
