The role verifies deliverables such as class commencement, enrolment, attendance, assessments, completion and employment, and handles invoices and trainee stipends while addressing queries and field issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with assigned TSPs on day-to-day contract execution as per guidelines and SOPs, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Verify TSP deliverables such as class commencement, trainee enrolment and eligibility, attendance, assessment results, completion and employment/placement evidence.
• Process TSP invoices and trainee stipend cases in the system, check against verified deliverables, and forward recommendations within timelines.
• Prepare periodic monitoring reports, data analyses and presentations for management.
