Job Description
ZAPTA Technologies is a Lahore-based software services and technology company. We work across software development, AI, automation, cloud and digital solutions for clients around the world. We are hiring an Infrastructure & Compliance Coordinator for our delivery of the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) Advance Technology Program, Round II.
About the Role
You will make sure all four training sites pass inspection before the first batch starts. You will keep attendance and monitoring systems running without gaps, and get every licensed tool and cloud resource the courses need in place before trainers need it. You will report to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Site preparation and inspections
- Prepare inspection evidence for each site, including floor plans, asset lists, dated geo-tagged photographs and lease documents.
- Host PSDF inspections and unannounced visits from the Third-Party Monitor (TPM).
- Prepare and submit any change-of-location request to PSDF before a class moves.
- Fit out computer labs to PSDF standards. Each lab has one workstation per trainee (Core i5 8th gen or above, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, licensed Windows 10/11 Pro), a large display, air conditioning and safety equipment, and is accessible to all trainees.
- Arrange a dedicated 50 Mbps internet line, printers, UPS and generator backup.
- Install CCTV covering all training areas, with 90-day footage retention and live access for PSDF and the TPM.
- Install biometric attendance devices that sync in real time with the PSDF BSS portal.
Software, tools and cloud resources
- Buy and manage licensed operating systems, productivity software and course-specific tools.
- For AI courses: set up the cloud AI environment, LLM APIs, a vector database, Docker and GPU compute.
- For Data Analytics courses: set up SQL Server and Power BI.
- For Digital Marketing courses: set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, BigQuery and an ad account.
- Make sure every tool is live on schedule and that no unlicensed software is used anywhere.
Ongoing operations
- Test every workstation, the display, the internet line and the biometric device before each batch, and sign the workstation inventory declaration.
- Monitor CCTV and biometric uptime every day, and fix and document any outage within 24 hours.
- Keep the asset register, licence register, receipts and maintenance logs complete and ready for audit.
What Success Looks Like
- Every site passes PSDF inspection on the first attempt.
- Biometric and CCTV uptime stays at 99% or higher, with no unexplained gaps in attendance data.
- All licences and cloud resources are live before each course needs them, so no session is lost to tooling.
- The TPM records no infrastructure or non-functional-class findings.
- Records can be produced as soon as anyone asks for them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years in IT administration, facilities management or training-centre operations.
- Hands‑on experience with CCTV and biometric attendance systems, and with basic networking.
- Experience managing cloud billing on Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Experience managing vendors and buying hardware and software.
- Experience with PSDF or similar government‑funded training programs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to program sites across Punjab.
What We’re Looking For
