Job summary

ZAPTA Technologies Private Limited in Lahore seeks a Placement Officer to manage the PSDF program, build an employer network and place graduates into jobs, freelancing, or business ventures within three months of completion.

You will lead outreach, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, arrange job fairs, and ensure 30 trainees per batch with 40% women while maintaining records for audits. Report to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years in placements, recruitment, admissions or employer relations.
• Active employer network in Punjab or equivalent region.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
• Strong record keeping and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Employment Plan within 30 days and refresh every 6 months.
• Sign MoUs with employers across sectors and secure placement slots.
• Run outreach to recruit trainees, targeting 40% female enrolment.
• Prepare trainee profiles and Pre-Batch Reports for each batch.
• Deliver freelancing and career sessions; organize interviews and job fairs.
• Place graduates based on final scores and verify income evidence.
