Qualifications

• Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter administration and support.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter applications and ETL workflows.
• Monitor batch jobs, workflows, sessions, and data pipelines to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support deployment activities and application releases.
• Monitor data loads and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on‑call support and weekend release activities when required.
