Job summary

Translation Empire in Pakistan is seeking an Industrial/Organizational (IO) psychologist to lead performance appraisals, coaching, training, and employee relations. You will study customer behavior insights to help employees understand client needs and design assessment tests.

This role focuses on improving hiring processes, resolving conflicts, and optimizing workflows across departments. A strong background in psychology, people management, and data analysis is required; work is office-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master in Psychology or IO Psychology from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign universities.
• Experience in training and development.
• Ability to analyze data and assess performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance appraisal, coaching and career development.
• Assess job performance of individuals and teams.
• Design training, learning and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and motivation.
• Analyze consumer behavior insights to guide employees.
• Develop personality and skill assessment tests.
