Job summary

Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd in Lahore is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and convert inquiries into sales.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, professional English, CRM experience, and the ability to close deals. Night shifts are permanent (8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Mon–Fri). Salary up to PKR 300,000 per month with uncapped commission.

We are looking for talented, energetic, and motivated Inbound Sales Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, understand customer needs, provide accurate product and service information, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build trust and close sales effectively. Your main objective will be to deliver a great customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
• Educate customers about our products or services, and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchase decisions.

Eligibility Criteria & Details:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet Sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in English Speaking.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 8:00 Pm - 5:00 Am (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: Rs up to 300,000 per month ( Basic Salary 140k Rs with uncapped commission)
