Job summary

Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd in Lahore is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and convert inquiries into sales.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, professional English, CRM experience, and the ability to close deals. Night shifts are permanent (8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Mon–Fri). Salary up to PKR 300,000 per month with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English speaking.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
• Educate customers about products or services and provide information to help them make informed purchase decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report progress to senior management.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
