Job summary

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering advanced financial products via a SaaS trading platform, seeks an IB & Affiliate Manager to grow our partner network across key markets including Asia. This full-time remote role offers competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR) with flexible hours and high autonomy for launching campaigns and setups.

You will onboard IBs/affiliates, manage CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, monitor performance, and help close deals.

Qualifications

• From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD.
• Understanding of regulated broker operations.
• Existing network of IBs/partners in the region is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an IB & Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our partner network across key markets, including the Asian one.

Requirements

• From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD
