Responsibilities

• Find problems by examining dispatch, order and delivery data and talking to the team.
• Break problems into smaller parts and prioritise actions.
• Design fixes, write specs and collaborate with engineers to implement.
• Run fixes and monitor numbers, then hand ownership to the long-term owner.
