Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HRBP team to build strong relationships with business and department leaders.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support employee relations issues by guiding employees and managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to drive improvements in the employee experience.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
