Job summary

Immensity Solutions BPO LLC in Rawalpindi is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, present products and guide prospects through the sales process. Daily duties include identifying customer needs, offering solutions, following up on leads, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Customer service and sales abilities, such as handling inbound and outbound calls, managing objections, and closing sales in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Basic computer and office software proficiency, including use of CRM tools, call center systems, and data entry for accurate record keeping.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and consistently meet performance and quality targets.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities to address customer concerns, elevate issues appropriately, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Rawalpindi, maintain reliability in attendance, and adapt to shifting schedules or client requirements.
• Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or telesales is preferred but not required; training may be provided for motivated candidates.
