Edge on Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our hospitality-focused team. You will manage recruitment end-to-end, handle HR administration, and respond to employee queries to keep operations smooth.

The role also covers organizing rewards and recognition, generating EIDs, and negotiating with staff to maintain a positive work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused HR experience required.
• Master's degree in business or equivalent.
• End-to-end recruitment experience and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full recruitment process and HR administration.
