Responsibilities

• Draft clear and accurate job postings tailored to specific roles.
• Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, including initial phone or in-person interviews.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Collect, verify, and track onboarding documents (degrees, certificates, reference letters, background checks, IDs).
• Support joining formalities and ensure pre-employment verification is completed on time.
• Maintain and update the corporate organogram and departmental sub-charts.
