Job summary

Third Hour Global in Islamabad is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR system updates. You will support employee relations, performance management processes, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

The role collaborates with leadership to support staffing needs, coordinate recruitment, and assist in training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations and policies.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and Islamabad regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a BPO or sales-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR system updates.
