Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end talent acquisition for local and international roles.
• HR operations: maintain records, attendance/leave systems, and day-to-day admin tasks.
• Employee relations: act as primary contact, drive engagement and resolve workplace issues.
• Policy & compliance: implement/enforce policies, ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Strategic support: assist leadership in HR planning and growth-oriented initiatives.
