Job summary

Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy is seeking a capable HR & IT administrator to manage daily HR tasks, maintain records, and provide basic IT support across project staff. You will support payroll processes, HR documentation, and ensure policy compliance while assisting with IT asset management.

Candidates should have 3-4 years of HR/IT experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills for a remote, challenging environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT, CS, or a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant HR and/or IT administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, HR documentation, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a remote and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, contracts, and employee records.
  • Maintain accurate and updated personnel files, HR trackers, and staff databases.
  • Support payroll, benefits, insurance, and other employee-related HR processes.
  • Coordinate staff communication, HR documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide basic IT support to project staff, including computers, printers, internet, email, and other office systems.
  • Maintain records of IT equipment, software, and other technology assets.
  • Coordinate with Head Office IT and HR teams for technical and HR-related matters.
  • Ensure proper use, security, and maintenance of office IT equipment and systems.
  • Support staff in using digital tools and organizational systems.
  • Prepare HR and IT reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  • Perform any other HR or IT-related duties assigned by management.

Job description

Job Purpose:

To provide basic IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of office systems, equipment, and digital tools. To support project staff and management in maintaining efficient, timely, and well-organized operations.
