Job Overview: MS Apparels is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager - HR & Accounts to manage the company's human resources operations, employee records, payroll coordination, recruitment, attendance, compliance, and basic accounts-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave information.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
• Develop and implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee performance, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
• Manage employee attendance through HRMS or attendance systems.
• Assist with daily accounts, salary records, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare HR, payroll, attendance, and management reports.
• Work closely with senior management to improve workplace productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
