Job summary

Nayatel is seeking a proactive HR professional in Pakistan to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support onboarding activities. The role includes coordinating admin tasks, supervising support staff, and enhancing Nayatel's employer brand in Lahore's competitive market.

The ideal candidate has a HR degree (BBA/MBA), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social networks and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft offers and onboard new hires (pre-employment checks).
• Coordinate admin tasks and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support staff supervision, attendance and training activities.
• Develop employer branding strategies to attract talent in Lahore.
• Manage petty cash and maintain financial documentation.
