Job summary

Folium AI, based in Lahore, is hiring an HR Executive to handle recruitment, HR operations, and employee management. You will support onboarding, attendance tracking, and policy maintenance while coordinating with vendors and administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–4 years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience, with strong communication skills and high integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Executive roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, job portals, and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and business writing skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, initial HR interviews, and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records according to company policies.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and orientation.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters, NDAs, contracts, employee files, and other HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and maintaining performance records.
• Coordinate office administration, vendors, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records using HRIS, Excel, or Google Sheets.
