Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
• End-to-end management of employee lifecycle.
• Support Medical Insurance operations (queries, enrolments, data management, reports).
• Prepare or update employment records for hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to staff.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Provide support on leaves and compensation topics and resolve issues.
• Address grievances and work with departments to resolve them.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist at ibex Lahore. This is an on-site position (Working Hours: 3PM to 12AM) and the resource would be primarily responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and assisting with other HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the potential to grow into a leadership role within our fast-paced, technology-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
