Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Support performance management and employee evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries and workplace concerns professionally.
• Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Coordinate with department managers on hiring and workforce planning.
• Assist in maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
