ibex Lahore is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle on-site. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS, handle lifecycle events and support medical insurance operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
• End-to-end management of employee lifecycle.
• Support Medical Insurance operations including queries, enrolments, and reports.
• Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to staff.
• Support HR operations and manage employee data across lifecycle events.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and feedback.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist at ibex Lahore. This is an on-site position (Working Hours: 3PM to 12AM) and the resource would be primarily responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and assisting with other HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the potential to grow into a leadership role within our fast-paced, technology-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
