Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee feedback cycle, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups, ensuring confidentiality and a positive experience for participants.
• Design and implement processes and tools for effective feedback collection, analysis, continuously refining for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as main point of contact for employees in the feedback process and guide managers and staff on giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of feedback to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive reports and insights for leadership.
• Develop and recommend actionable strategies based on feedback findings to drive organizational development and align with broader HR initiatives.
• Gather feedback from departing employees to identify trends and collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate insights into retention and development strategies.
