Requirements

• Education: Graduate with good academic background from a good university. Must have completed a degree program.
• Experience: Highly relevant post‑qualification HR experience is required in hiring and talent acquisition, especially related to sales, marketing, business development, digital media marketing, etc.
  • 2+ years for HR Officer
  • 3+ years for HR Executive
  • 5+ years for HR Manager
• LinkedIn: Candidates must have excellent command on LinkedIn and a good number of connections.
• Google Sheets and Computer Operations: Good command on Google Sheets and fast computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring and talent acquisition for our group of companies.
• Job posting, initial short‑listing, initial interviews and shortlisting.
• Document verification, reference checking.
• Monitoring attendance, staff working, payroll processing, performance evaluation and other HR functions.
