Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear communication between employees and management.
- Manage and maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Monitor employee engagement, attendance, and HR compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to support workforce planning needs.
- Support employee relations by addressing basic HR queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to improving HR workflows, employee experience, and HR operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or human resource management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
