Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, statistics, analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR analytics or HR operations experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and HRMS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain MIS dashboards and reports, interpreting workforce data for strategic decisions.
• Validate HRMS information, keep employee records up-to-date, and perform regular data audits.
• Analyze manpower budgeting, headcount trends, recruitment costs and the effectiveness of hiring initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance metrics and assess the impact of training programs.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, policy roll-outs, and standardize HR processes.
• Automate reporting and workflow tasks using Excel, PowerBI and HRMS tools.
• Drive improvements in HR KPIs and operational efficiency through data-driven and AI-enabled insights.
