Job summary

The role requires 2+ years HR experience, a degree in HR or related field, strong analytics, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across teams and help optimize HR processes while working in Evening/Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment & employee engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
• Assist in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
• Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, analyzing results for actionable insights.
• Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
• Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees raising concerns or grievances.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely, fair, and professional manner.
• HR Processes Optimization
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes related to recruitment, engagement, and grievance management.
• Assist in policy development and awareness campaigns.
