ibex in Lahore is seeking an HR Analyst to join our Human Resource team. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, offers, and onboarding, while maintaining recruitment trackers and building a strong talent pipeline. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in talent acquisition, strong communication, MS Excel proficiency, and familiarity with recruitment tools; BPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
• BPO or contact center experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, feedback collection, offer placement, and hiring closures.
• Stakeholder Management & Resource Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand resource requirements, workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role‑specific expectations to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure smooth onboarding process and employee experience.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, monitor hiring progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and streamline recruitment processes.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
