Job summary

Pintern is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. Fresh BBA graduates will learn under the HR Manager with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, records, and engagement initiatives.

The role involves night shifts (5:30 PM–2:30 AM) on-site at Rawalpindi, with practical training in confidentiality, documentation, and HR operations. Potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in attendance, leave, and data management.
• Support probation, appraisals, and exit formalities as needed.
• Prepare HR correspondence and HR reports.
