Qualifications

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Faisalabad Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and attract new business through various sales strategies and initiatives You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the hotels overall goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences
• Ensure timely response to all sales inquiries and requests for proposals
• Manage the sales team providing guidance support and training as needed
• Monitor performance against set targets and provide regular reports to the management team
• Participate in trade shows conferences and other events to promote the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing reservations and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales efforts through data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively and motivate them towards achieving goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Own visa or valid work permit for employment in Faisalabad

Salary

1400$ per month negotiable based on experience
