Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve targets within deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel industry trends, market analysis, and sales techniques.
• Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have prior experience working without accommodation.
