Job description

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities and strategies for our hotel in Lahore This role requires a driven and experienced individual with a strong background in sales preferably in the hospitality industry The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients They will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans analyzing market trends and competition and identifying new business opportunities A biometric passport is preferred but not required This position is full-time and does not include accommodation Suitable for both men and women Salary will be competitive based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agents event planners etc
• Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the hotel
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Train and mentor sales team members to achieve targets
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and potential opportunities
• Participate in industry events trade shows conferences etc to promote the hotel

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with market research methods and data analysis
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
