Job summary

SERP Wiser is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to reach out to US home service business owners, qualify them, and book meetings for our closer. You will handle high-volume calls and engage owners with a concise qualification pitch.

Work hours align with US business times (5 PM–2 AM) from Pakistan. Requirements include at least 1 year of outbound cold calling to US clients and a track record of 30–40 warm leads per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound cold calling experience targeting US clients.
• Proven track record of 30 to 40 warm leads per month.
• Clear, neutral, easily understood English
• Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
• Experience with dialers preferred (we use 8x8)

Responsibilities

• Make 200 to 300 outbound calls per day to US home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers)
• Identify and speak directly with business owners not front desk or dispatchers
• Deliver a short qualifying pitch around Google Maps visibility
• Set appointments or transfer warm leads directly to the closer
• Log call activity and outcomes daily
• Work US business hours (5 PM to 2 AM)
