SphereCode Solutions is expanding its sales team and seeks confident callers to grow with us. You will reach US business owners, present our VA and website services, and schedule meetings while maintaining precise notes.

A training program supports your development and targets to accelerate advancement into leadership roles. We offer a base salary with commissions, night shifts, and a clear growth path to Senior Sales or Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Cold calling or call center experience preferred (not required; training provided).
• Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets.
• Able to work night shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

About the company. SphereCode Solutions helps US home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers) grow with virtual assistant and website services. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for confident callers who want to earn based on results.

What you’ll do

• Call US business owners and introduce our VA and website services

What we’re looking for

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent
• Cold calling or call center experience preferred (not required, since we train you)
• Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets

• Salary: PKR 35,000
• 1-2% commission on closed deals

• Fluent spoken English: clear pronunciation and the confidence to talk with US business owners
• Communication and persuasion: able to explain a service simply and keep a conversation going
• Objection handling: stays calm and professional when someone says "not interested" or "too busy"
• Active listening: picks up on the prospect’s needs and responds to them
• Resilience: handles rejection well and stays motivated through high call volume
• Basic computer skills: comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Calendar and taking notes while on calls
• Target-driven: works toward daily calling and meeting goals
• Punctuality and discipline: reliable for the full night shift

Nice to have

• Call center, telesales or cold calling experience (especially for the US or UK market)
• Basic knowledge of websites or digital marketing
• Familiarity with US business culture and time zones
