Job summary

Ultimate Konnect in Karachi is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter & Cold Caller for an Australian campaign. You will make outbound calls, introduce services, generate interest, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.

You will manage call lists, follow scripts, update CRM with accurate notes, and collaborate with sales and operations to meet targets while maintaining professionalism on every call.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively perform Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to support sales and business development efforts.
• Proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining organized records of outreach activities.
• Strong Communication capabilities, including clear spoken English, active listening, and confident phone presence.
• Customer Service skills to handle questions, address concerns, and maintain positive interactions with potential and existing customers.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center environments, preferably in international campaigns.
• Comfort working with CRM systems or call management tools and basic proficiency in common office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, meet performance targets, and maintain reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales training is an advantage.
