Remote Raven is seeking a versatile IT and Web Systems Administrator in a remote capacity to manage and enhance our technical infrastructure for a US-based healthcare practice. The role covers IT administration, Zoho platform management, website maintenance, AI tool administration, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently in a healthcare environment, and committed to HIPAA compliance and strong security practices.

Competenze

• Hands-on IT administration: user accounts, permissions, MFA and access control
• Hosting, domain, DNS and SSL certificate management
• Admin-level Zoho experience, or a similar cloud suite
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and security mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English; organized and independent

Mansioni

• Manage IT systems, software, email accounts, and infrastructure
• Maintain secure inventory of IT systems, licenses, and vendor access
• Manage user permissions, MFA, and access controls
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain system documentation and recovery procedures
• Administer Zoho suite and related apps
• Create, update, and troubleshoot Zoho forms, templates, workflows, automations, and integrations
• Manage user accounts and application settings
• Support staff with Zoho-related issues and improvements
