Job summary

The role emphasizes data analysis, accurate record keeping, cross‑functional coordination, and timely enrollment processing. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome, with a strong foundation in EDI/EFT processes and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, eligibility, claims, or customer support.
• Basic knowledge of EDI, ERA, EFT, clearinghouse and payer enrollment processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, MS Office, planning and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Verify payer/vendor requirements and follow up on enrollment requests, approvals, and rejections.
• Analyze enrollment data, maintain records and interpret payer responses, acknowledgments, and claim rejections.
• Support HCFA 1500 alignment, plan mapping, duplicate plan merging, and payer mapping activities.
• Coordinate with EDI Support, IT and management for required access and system configurations.
• Prepare enrollment status reports and contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
