Job summary

CureMD Pakistan presents an opening for an Associate Enrollment Executive to manage provider enrollments with payers, vendors, and clearinghouses. You will process EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments, verify payer requirements, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely enrollment processing.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills, basic knowledge of enrollment processes, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset suited to a dynamic healthcare operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, eligibility, claims, or customer support.
• Basic knowledge of EDI, ERA, EFT, clearinghouse and payer enrollment processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, MS Office, planning and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Verify payer/vendor requirements and follow up on enrollment requests, approvals, and rejections.
• Analyze enrollment data, maintain records and interpret payer responses, acknowledgments, and claim rejections.
• Support HCFA 1500 alignment, plan mapping, duplicate plan merging, and payer mapping activities.
• Coordinate with EDI Support, IT and management for required access and system configurations.
• Prepare enrollment status reports and contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
