Job summary

Moniepoint is expanding its Pakistan-based tech team and seeking a Head of Engineering for the Rewards platform. You will own the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and delivery, leading an initial team and growing the org across multiple product units.

This leadership role emphasizes consumer-facing features, experimentation, and cross-functional impact. You will report to the Group CTO with a product-oriented line to the Rewards leader, building a high-performance engineering culture

Qualifications

Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale and shipped consumer-facing products.
Strong front-end and mobile experience with measurable impact on engagement.
Hands-on leadership with credibility among engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the Rewards platform end to end.
Lead and grow the engineering organisation and mentors.
Establish experimentation culture with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate objectives into engineering work.
Define architecture standards and ensure high engineering health across domains.
