• 8+ years building software
• 3+ years leading engineers directly
• Experience running engineering across several client engagements or in-house org
• Ability to read and review code, and communicate in writing

Responsibilities

• Own the engineers: hiring, performance, growth, and fit
• Set engineering standards: architecture reviews, code review, testing, security posture
• Define staffing and bench plans across accounts and time horizons
• Manage technical relationships with clients, including design critique and second opinions
• Develop hiring plans to secure senior, AI-native engineers with strong communication skills
